Tipping semi-trailer for heavy duty use is a Trailer used for
transportingbig stones, rocks, gravel, coal, mineThis tipper is
preferred by mining companies which need strong and durable
trailers. A typical Tipper Trailer is equipped with an open-box
bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic
pistons to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be
deposited (“dumped”) on the ground behind the truck at the site of
delivery.
Our semi-trailers are designed and built to be on the highest level
of quality and dependability to ensure low maintenance cost.
The tipper side walls are fabricated of 6 mm or 8 mm thick steel
plates and the floor is made of 8 mm or 10 mm thick steel plates.
We are using wear-resistant fine-grain steel and closely spaced
cross-ribs.
The running gear and axles are SAF, BPW, brand. Hydraulic tipping
cylinder
semi trailers are provided with European brand tires: Michelin,
Goodyear, Bridgestone, Continental, semi trailers are also
available with ALUMINIUM , HARDOX® or RAEX tipper body. The tipper
superstructure can be executed as square shape tipper body
(rectangular tipper body) and half pipe tipper box.
High reliability under the roughest of conditions for internal
facility use and heavy goods traffic.

disassembled and loaded into one 40ft ISO container. Local assembly
is required for this type of shipment and the assembly work is very
